3. User Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and connect your Meta account through our secure OAuth 2.0 integration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Create advertisements that violate Meta's Advertising Policies
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Use the Service to transmit spam, harassment, or offensive content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent advertisements
  • Violate any third-party intellectual property rights

Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and related marks are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Our Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., except as expressly stated.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Payment and Billing

9.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Service, including but not limited to advertising performance, campaign success, or return on investment. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9.4 Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for any issues, outages, or problems with Meta's platform or APIs. Any disruption to Meta's services may affect the functionality of our Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your advertising content or campaigns
  • Your violation of Meta's policies or terms

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Extended period of inactivity
  • Technical or security reasons

11.3 Effect of Termination
